When registering a new YouNews™ account, on the signup form, include your mobile phone number. Also, if you have a mobile device that has an email account assigned to it (smartphones, including the iPhone and the BlackBerry, have this), please make sure you enter your mobile device's email account when you sign up. Otherwise, we won't be able to accept your mobile submissions because your mobile email isn't on your YouNews™ account.

 

If you already have a YouNews™ account, to enable your mobile device, log in to YouNews™. Click on your username at the top right where it says, “Welcome” to access your profile view, and click “Edit”. Under “Mobile Number” enter your mobile device number. If you have a mobile device that has an email account assigned to it (smartphones, including the iPhone and the BlackBerry, have this), please make sure you have your mobile device's email account listed.
